Return & Refund Policy

At NeonBackdrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send the correct item and arrange for return of the incorrect one.

Size exchanges: If the size doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to arrange an exchange (return shipping costs may apply).

Custom Orders

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the design.

How to Request a Return

Email us at NeonBackdropShop@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
